HUD required Kansas Housing Resources Corporation to issue and oversee Manufactured Home installer licenses in the State of Kansas, including examination, certification, and revocation of licenses. Accordingly, Kansas Housing Resources Corporation created the Kansas Licensed Manufactured Home Installer’s Program. This Kansas Licensed Manufactured Home Installers Program Manual provides the policies and procedures for licensing of manufactured housing installers, as well as apprentice installers.
